Drop-in is available for most of our classes. Be sure to check for pre-requisites if you are dropping into a class you’ve not been to before!

Economy Classes

We want to make yoga and pilates accessible to everyone. Check our our schedule for our new yoga, pilates matwork, and reformer economy classes. Same teachers, same high-quality classes – at lower prices!

Registered Classes Rates

Save your spot in your favorite class! Registered classes work best for students that want to register for the same time and class every week. Combine any class and make a program that works best for you!

1) Choose a class and class time and contact guest services to check availability.
2) Guest Services will reserve your classes until the end of each term.
3) Sign up for the automatic payment contract of your choice.
4) Guest Services will send email confirmation with the details of your recurring registrations

Registered classes are administered as an automatic payment from your creditcard.
There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel any time with two weeks notice.
Freeze your payments while you are away for more than two weeks – twice per term. Just be sure to tell us before you would like the freeze to begin.

Register early to save your spot! BootCamp sessions are usually fully booked.

Private and Semi-Private Rates

Private Sessions take place in our equipment studio and in quiet private-session rooms. Semi-private Classes are offered on our group class schedule a couple of times per week. In this class, we couple you up with a students with you for a semi-private session. Private and Semi-private appointments can be scheduled at your convenience seven days a week.

Membership

Our Yoga and Pilates Mat auto-pay contract is administered as an automatic, monthly payment from your credit card.

1) Unlimited drop-in classes for yoga and Pilates mat.
2) The Daytime membership option ($100 plus tax) includes classes scheduled between 7:30am and 4:30pm (ending at 5:25pm) on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
3) 20% off workshops and Pilates with equipment classes
4)  Free mat storage.
5) No activation fees..
6) There is no minimum commitment for the membership beyond your first month. You may cancel with 2 weeks notice any time.

Membership Terms and Conditions: 

1) For your convenience this contract will automatically renew.
2) You may attend unlimited yoga or pilates mat classes with this contract. Courses are not included.
3) Please note that 1 hour notice is required if you need to cancel a class that has been reserved for you.
4)  You can put your membership on hold three times per year for up to 2 months at a time. This will freeze your payment while you are away. Please notify the studio by email before you would like the freeze to begin. Notices made after the fact will not be honored
5) If you become injured, you can either put your membership on hold while you are recovering effective the day you contact us, or you can cancel your contract from the next scheduled auto-pay. A valid doctors note is required.
6) You can cancel this contract at any time by contacting the studio. If you want to terminate this contract before the next auto-pay period, please contact the studio with a minimum of two weeks notice.
