Core Method
The program merges classical Pilates teachings with modern variations. It includes 10 customizable modules. Certificates are awarded after each module. Completing all modules earns a Comprehensive Certificate for a Pilates career.
Core Fit
The Core Fit Reformer Training program teaches fitness professionals to lead dynamic group classes using the Pilates Reformer, focusing on functional fitness programming and enhancing core strength and mobility through resistance training.
Core Clinical
The program is designed for physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths. You will learn how to incorporate Pilates into your clinical practice for better results. and how to apply proper alignment, modifications, and variations of Pilates exercises to enhance patient outcomes.
Meet Monica
Hi, I'm Monica
I founded Pilates Kollektive and Core Studio in Toronto and taught Pilates for 20 years, with training in classical, contemporary, and rehabilitative Pilates through Power Pilates, Stott Pilates, BASI, and others. I became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates in 2015 and launched the Core Method in 2020, combining classical, contemporary, and rehabilitative Pilates.
I specialize in rehabilitative and corrective exercise therapy, helping those with injuries and chronic conditions regain strength and mobility. I also love hiking, studying movement anatomy, and practicing Pilates.
My favourite Pilates exercise is the Short Spine Massage.
